Bio Carpathia started with a simple idea, local farmers are stronger together. Our cooperative brings together people who work the land and raise animals with respect for nature’s rhythm and ingredient quality.
Today, Bio Carpathia means a network of 34 certified organic farmers from Transylvania, producing dairy and beef with care for every step, from farm to finished product.
