House Soup

Creamy soup made with zucchini, onion, antibiotic-free chicken, and organic sour cream from our cooperative farms. The kind of soup that feels just right after a day walking around the city.

Stuffed Flatbread

Not sure what to start with? This is our pick. Slow-kneaded dough, filled with our own cheese, then cooked on the hot plate until it gets that golden crust.

Carrot Cake

Soft carrot sponge, smooth vanilla cream, finished with walnut or orange. Sweet in a balanced way, so you can taste the ingredients, not just sugar.

Crama Liuta Wines

We work exclusively with Crama Liuta, an award-winning Romanian winery with multiple international medals. Their wines, grown on the sunny hills of Babadag, pair beautifully with our cheeses and warm dishes.

Our story

From our farms to your table.

Brasserie Bio Carpathia began with one simple wish: to bring Brașov the taste of food made with clean ingredients. We are the Bio Carpathia Cooperative with 34 certified organic farmers, and the dairy, meat, and eggs we use in the brasserie come straight from our mountain farms.

For moments that deserve something truly good, we make cakes, cozonac (traditional sweet bread), and seasonal desserts to order. We use quality ingredients, and we accept a limited number of weekly orders to keep standards consistent.
